Think Detoxing is Hard? Think Again - Sakara Makes it Effortless
Let’s get real. Even though you might want to create that perfectly balanced meal three times a day, life almost always gets in the way. Nobody has the time. Even when we do have the time, most of us are not culinary wizards so we end up recycling the same three recipes over and over again until we’re bored to tears with that kale salad.
So what can you do? Spend a couple of years studying nutrition to figure out what to eat? Enroll in a chef school? Magically create more time in your day (let me know if you manage that)? Or delegate the science and the cooking to someone with more expertise?

Signature Meal Program (Level 1)

The Signature Meal Program is the most customizable and flexible program, so a good place to start! You can choose 3 or 5 days of clean eating per week with either 1, 2 or 3 meals a day.

Detox (Level 2)
This is the one to go for if you already eat pretty clean, and you want to go next level.
To fully commit to this 5-day deep detox, clear your schedule, cut back on exercise and take a break from caffeine and alcohol. Sakara will do the rest.
The meals take your detoxing beyond Level 1 (Signature meal program) by eliminating fruit, nuts, soy, and nightshades to reset your body and even reveal food sensitivities you didn’t know you had.
